Oh how we’ve missed you but we’re happy to announce that we will begin our reopening slowly this week. 

In order to maintain a high level of health and safety, we have implemented the following standards to facilitate in our reopening. These are listed below for your reference. One thing that hasn’t changed – we only book one bride at a time. While you are in our magical haven, the space is yours to shop, try on and find the gown of your dreams.

Loversland Sanitation Commitments 
 
+ Deep cleaning of the shop and haven will be completed before and after every bridal appt.
+ Plexiglass screens have been installed at sales counters.
+ Stylist will wear a mask at all time during appts
+ Hand sanitizer will be provided once client has entered the shop and on exit.
+ No cash will be accepted. Cards only.
+ Limited brides will be serviced daily and Dresses will be steam cleaned after every try on.

New Bridal Appointment Guidelines: 

Entourage:  Due to this time, each bride may bring one guest to her appointment. Additional Friends and family are welcome via Facetime /zoom. We ask that you use your own device to facilitate this.

Your health:  Are you feeling 100%? If you have the symptoms of a cold, flu, or COVID-19, including a cough, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, or fatigue please let us know. Please do not come to your appointment as we will be happy to help you reschedule for when you’re feeling 100% again. 

Duration of Appointment:  
+ Appointments will remain 1 hour and if more time is required we will be happy to book you for a follow up appt. We will enforce this timeline so that we can sanitize and prepare for our next LL bride.
+ Our stylist will present our gowns to you and help you chose your favourites. We will be happy to help zip, button, and clamp the gown to fit but close contact in fitting room will be limited to necessary contact only.
+ Masks are highly recommended; Your stylist will be wearing a mask.
+ Unfortunately for now, we won’t be able to give hugs of support and congratulations, shake hands or make any unnecessary physical contact. We welcome air high fives and smiles. 
+ Please bring your own beverage as we are unable to provide you to in house drinks or treats.
