HOW TO:

TO PROLOGUE WEAR OF PRECISION COLOUR PENCILS

• Use fingertip or TAPERED MUTLI-BRUSH and tap powder onto eyelid, and anywhere else makeup usually transfers. I.e. Below brow bone, under eyes.
• Draw eye look with PRECISION COLOUR PENCIL
• Take some COLOUR SET SETTING POWDER on brush or finger tip and gently tap on top of area where pencil was applied
• Repeat steps 2 and 3 if desired to intensify colour

TO CONTROL OIL

• Use pouf or finger tips to gently pat powder on oily sections of face, where a matte finish is desired.
