It is important to us that you love your purchase! If something you purchased isn’t right for you, we will happily exchange it for an item that suits you better, or offer you store credit, within 14 days.
Please note that we are only able to exchange new, unworn items if tags and all original packaging are included. To complete your exchange, we require your receipt.
LoversLand reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the item is not fit for resale.
Lingerie, swimwear, gift cards, special orders, bridal gowns and all sale items are final sale, both in store and online.
Contact us if your item is defective, damaged, or you would like to make an exchange. Please include the item name, proof of purchase/receipt, and the reason for the exchange in your e-mail. We will be in touch within 24 hours.
You may exchange any item you purchased online at our retail location. The original receipt must be included.
If your item is defective, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Some products will be under warranty. If there is a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us directly and we will look into an exchange for you.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please send your merchandise back by a traceable method as LoversLand will not accept responsibility for any merchandise that gets lost in the mail. LoversLand will not assume shipping charges for any items returned, unless the reason for return is due to a LoversLand error or merchandise is deemed to be defective or damaged.
